I can cancel at anytime, by submitting the Auto-Renew Contract Termination Form at Full Pedal front desk 48 hours before the date of the next billing cycle.
I agree to allow Full Pedal to charge my credit card on a monthly basis for my membership under the terms and conditions of my Membership Agreement.
I agree to inform Full Pedal of any change in my credit card information within 5 days of the next billing cycle. (i.e. billing address, expiration date, etc) by emailing email@example.com.
I understand that I can freeze my auto-renew payment for up to 3-months per year with written request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
